The Role: Real Estate Reconciliations Specialist (Record to Report) – [on-site] EMEA/US Shift

The Team: Be part of a global record to report team and collaborate with other Record to Report team members, domestic and international retained Real Estate team, and global business unit staff, focusing on achieving team/company objectives.

The Impact: The candidate will be performing Global Real Estate reconciliations, meeting the reconciliation policy requirements, and working closely with the Real Estate team to complete the reconciliations.

  • Coordinate and provide meaningful analysis for the Real Estate reconciliations.
  • Monitor all risk control assessments on a quarterly/yearly basis for Real Estate SOX requirements for reconciliations.
  • Support monthly close process in the Oracle relevant to Real Estate.
  • Provide information for all internal and external auditors.
  • Performs backfill and support to other accountants in the team.
  • Work on the Global Real Estate reconciliations assigned and complete them within the reconciliation deadline

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of accounting and reconciliation experience in multinational corporate environment
  • Accounting degree
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud and system maintenance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • This person will be working EMEA/US shift, 100% time in the office
