You are the point of contact with our clients and provide value-added services to ensure our clients are satisfied.

Your Main Responsibilities:

1. Support leads to complete their application and convert them into Sales
2. Manage and maintain direct personal contact with an existing portfolio of Clients
3. Seek opportunities for up and cross-selling.
4. Respond promptly to client requests in relation to Sales, pricing, and customer relations
5. Monitor market trends and opportunities
6. Contact both cold and warm leads and build rapport with prospective clients.
7. Conduct thorough needs analysis using a range of questioning techniques and active listening to identify sales opportunities

The Requirements:

1. Strong passion for the industry
2. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English is a must
3. Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and engaging communication style.
4. Minimum 6 months of sales and customer relationship management experience is essential.
5. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and build relationships.
6. A go-getter mentality - you are a self-starter by nature and always looking for the next opportunity
7. A commitment to achieving targets
8. Great persuasive skills
9. High energy and most importantly, a positive attitude
