About the job

We are looking to expand our AML Quality Team in at our headquarter in Copenhagen. The team is currently undergoing a transformation, and as the team in the past did corporate onboarding of Nordic clients. In the future, the purpose and main task of the team will be quality assurance of Nordic and institutional clients, with the purpose of elevating and monitoring the AML quality of Saxo Bank.  

As our new Quality Assurance Analyst or Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for developing quality standards, conducting tests, identifying issues in our ONB and ODD processes, and reporting. This will also include collaborating with all stakeholders to develop relevant policies and processes to achieve a quality culture with zero defects or deviation from the set standards.

In this position, you will have a large stakeholder map at our headquarter and our local offices.

Responsibilities

  • Be a part of the pioneer group building the new quality assurance framework for Saxo Bank

  • Perform quality assurance on private, corporate, and institutional clients

  • Produces monthly reports containing quality assurance results and associated metrics using established procedures.

  • Build and establish knowledge within the team on quality assurance processes and tasks

  • Provides insight into quality gaps identified as part of the quality assurance process and ensures these gaps are communicated to appropriate management and business owners.

  • Analyzes information gathered to develop recommendations for improvement and changes in current policies and procedures for continued compliance with Saxo Bank’s AML Policy and applicable regulations.

Your profile

  • Proven track record within quality assurance

  • Strong AML and KYC background and exposure

  • Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance

  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards

  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills

  • Stakeholder management competences

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Preferably have certifications such as CAMS/ACAMS, ICA or similar.

  • Have experience with a least two client segments; direct, corporate and/or institutional.

  • Proficient in English both oral and written. A Nordic language capabilities are preferable but not required.
