Based in Kraków on Kapelanka Street, this exciting role reports to Workplace Manager, and will involve collaboration with colleagues in the office and across our office portfolio in a fast changing and dynamic environment.

Your role in the Team

Your chance to make a difference to our business by providing an excellent service to all our colleagues at a modern office for 600+ employees, 3700+ sqm located in Kraków. Your team is the heart of the office taking care of workplace in day-to-day operation. Core hours are 09.00 – 17.00

What you’ll do

Supporting Workplace Manager in all activities within team’s responsibilities. Core function include:

  • Delivery facilities to our Kraków workplace by taking care of office maintenance, taking internal colleagues requests and liaising with building technical services
  • Making sure suppliers deliver contract’s services
  • Managing purchase orders, tracking payments and invoice management
  • Tracking office’s supplies and replenish them
  • Office checks on a regular basis
  • Onboarding new vendors and suppliers
  • Access control management alongside IT Team
  • Supporting company events and be involved in coordinating them
  • Organisation of catering requirements and refreshments
  • Ensuring office policies and practices are up-to-date and followed by employees and external guests
  • Taking a role in team’s project implementation
  • You will be part of First Aiders and Fire Wardens supporting office safety and regulatory drills (training will be provided)
  • Support colleagues in Reception
  • Carry out all the  Health & Safety functions (certification required).

What you’ll need for this role

  • You would have working proficiency in Polish and high competency in English (verbal and written) to be able to manage stakeholders in both languages).
  • Ability to multitask
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as negotiation
  • Self-motivated team player who can work independently
  • You need to be well - organized, able to work with minimal supervision and have strong attention to detail
  • Nice to have experienced within corporate environment
  • Health & Safety certification (BHP certification)
