Adyen is looking for an enthusiastic and curious HR Innovation Analyst, based in São Paulo, that will join the HR Team in Latam (Brazil and Mexico) to further drive the exponential international growth of the company. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational services with focus on scaling, maintaining and innovating on our current systems and processes.

What You’ll Do?

  • Employee data and records management by managing Workday for Brazil and Mexico, ensuring employees have access to relevant information.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding operations management.
  • Payroll and benefits administration in partnership with internal and external providers.
  • Process improvement, innovation, and HR TechCollaboration and support for internal and external stakeholder (HRBPs, recruitment, rewards, managers)
  • Contribute to projects, ideas and participate in local and global projects to shape Adyen's growth.

Who You Are?

  • Understanding of Brazil labor laws and experience in payroll processing, especially time-off & absence in Brazil
  • HRIS Knowledge: Familiarity with Google-suite and experience with Workday is a plus
  • Create Exceptional Employee Experience
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend new approaches and policy changes for global and customized solutions.
  • Be the first point-of-contact for employees in a proactive and collaborative approach. 
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal. Spanish is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience in Excel added to analytic skills and critical thinking
  • Integrity and Reliability
  • Have an eye for detail and use data to drive informed decisions.
