Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, servicedesk or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to our Products
• Work with customers to resolve technical issues and provide guidance on product functionality
• Escalate complex issues to next level support or development team as needed
• Provide regular status updates to clients and management
• Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities as needed; and
• Any other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of experience in the forex/financial trading or FinTech industry, preferably in support of customer success roles
• Basic knowledge of the Forex industry is a must
• Knowledge of MT manager/administrator is a must
• Fluency in written and verbal English is a must
• Experience with other bridges/hubs is a plus
• Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira Software, Service Desk, Opsgenie, Confluence) is advantageous
• Experience with the Google Cloud Platform is a plus
• Knowledge of FIX API Protocol is a plus

• Basic knowledge of Computer Networking Principles is a plus. Internet pliers , windows server
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration is a plus
• Knowledge of web APIs is a plus. Can connect using guidelines to web server - payserap - cash flow
