Marketing Data Analyst

Role Overview:

As our Marketing/Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping our marketing
strategies through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for tracking and
analyzing our lead generation, conversion rates, and overall customer journey. Your
work will directly inform and optimize our marketing tactics, contributing to our growth
and success in various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement tracking systems for all our marketing activities across multiple
channels and platforms.
Analyze data on leads, conversions, website traffic, and overall customer engagement
to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Create detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into KPIs, marketing
effectiveness, customer behavior, and ROI.
Work closely with connected teams to refine lead qualification processes, enhance
sales funnel efficiency, and improve customer journey mapping.
Develop and monitor performance metrics, providing regular updates to the marketing
team and senior management.
Conduct A/B testing on different marketing campaigns to drive improvements in
conversion rates and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing analysis, data analysis, or similar role,
preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate
significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL) and
experience with CRM systems.

Knowledge of digital marketing principles and SEO strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying insights to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive, critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude and an ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
