Visual Storyteller



Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Storyteller - Videographer/Photographer to join our
team. This role will primarily support our HR and Marketing departments in creating engaging visual content (for
employer branding purposes). The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent editing skills, and a keen
understanding of social media content trends and best practices.


Responsibilities:


 Create high-quality videos and photographs for various platforms, including social media, websites, and
marketing campaigns.
 Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute visual content strategies.
 Edit and post-process video footage and photos to ensure a professional and polished final product.
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your work.
 Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
 Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements for visual content.
 Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content production.
 Develop and implement social media visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
 Analyze the performance of visual content on social media platforms and make data-driven
recommendations for improvement.



Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
 Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing
software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
 Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
 Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
 Experience with social media platforms and understanding of the type of visual content that performs
well on each.
 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
 Strong organizational and time management skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.
 Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus
