Visual Storyteller
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Storyteller - Videographer/Photographer to join our
team. This role will primarily support our HR and Marketing departments in creating engaging visual content (for
employer branding purposes). The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent editing skills, and a keen
understanding of social media content trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Create high-quality videos and photographs for various platforms, including social media, websites, and
marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute visual content strategies.
Edit and post-process video footage and photos to ensure a professional and polished final product.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your work.
Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements for visual content.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content production.
Develop and implement social media visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
Analyze the performance of visual content on social media platforms and make data-driven
recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing
software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Experience with social media platforms and understanding of the type of visual content that performs
well on each.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus
