Responsibilities

Position Purpose: Join a growing Procurement Team. This role will report to the Manager of Procurement and assist with the full contract lifecycle process for the IT group.

 

Primary duties will include: 

  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to contract execution and renewal
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
  • Develop negotiation strategies to achieve the best value for the company
  • Lead negotiations for IT contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including TPRM and legal to ensure alignment and support for procurement activities.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain and update contract management systems and databases

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, managing IT contract categories
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successes
  • Excellent communication skills
