About The Role
We are expanding our Global Sales Force and looking for an established Global Relationship Manager in various locations.
The Global Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients on an international scale. This role involves understanding client needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage complex client interactions across different time zones and cultures and is passionate to offer truly unlimited investment opportunities for existing clients and is willing to prospect new markets and attract new clients.
The candidate must have experience in business development and selling to HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors.
Reporting Line - Regional Head of Sales
Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site
Responsibilities
Materialize existing contacts/ clients into new business leading to the Company's AUM growth
Develop new leads and build a sales pipeline
Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement an effective sales strategy aligned with market segments and opportunities
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set together with management
Monitor general developments of competition
To ensure that clients satisfaction levels and up-to-date with competition, aiming for optimal value-added services and satisfaction levels to clients
Acquire through a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the primary link of communication between key customers and internal teams for matters relating to customer support (back-office, IT support, and other back-office/operational matters).
Qualifications
10+ years in a Sales role in the Financial Services/Investment industry
A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors)
Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options
Proven experience in financial service sales and key account management providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
*Motivation for Sales (Hunting and New Business development) and highly energetic with a good sense of priorities and time management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English. Additional languages will be an asset

In bits and bytes, money becomes information, and with more information, one can also make more money. Libraries, databases, and caches have become the stewards of information.
