Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at NAGA, you'll be operating in one of the hottest industries. You'll be working with our expert teams using state-of-the-art technologies and methods. Location: Bucharest 

 

What you'll be actively doing:

  • Provide world-class service to our client base via chat, phone, and email.
  • In-depth understanding of multiple workflows, policies, and tools.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Investigate written inquiries submitted by our clients using a combination of publicly available material as well as internal systems and departments.
  • Be prepared for constant learning.
  • Be up to date with legal and regulatory requirements/changes in our industry.
  • Be up to date with the products, strategies, business models of our competitors and always on the lookout for the next improvement.

 

 Here’s how you get us excited:

  • Previous customer service experience would be an advantage.
  • Be fluent in Arabic (both written and verbal).
  • Be strongly oriented towards learning and with a keen eye for detail.
  • Be responsible and ambitious.
  • Have a lot of energy and great communication skills.
