Senior .NET Developer in our office in Yerevan, Armenia. 

The Senior .NET Developer is responsible for working on complex post-trading processing backend projects. You are expected to quickly grasp new complex business matters, as they are essential for the understanding of the projects and successful delivery. You will have to be a good team player and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full responsibility for the quality of the product you deliver. You will be able to fully develop new features end-to-end, in a structured yet agile environment. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop new product features according to the provided specifications and requirements 

• Actively participate in the system design and contribute new ideas and best ways of implementation, in close collaboration with the product team. 

• Share knowledge with the fellow team members and across the teams. 

• Act as a third line of support and fix bugs reported by users and QA team. 

• Adhere to the best development practices 

• Act as a mentor for junior team members 

Skills & Competencies 

• Excellent level of .NET Framework / .Net Core / C# (multi -threading and low latency applications, mastered LINQ, async programming, dependency injection, API) with minimum 5 years of development record in a high-transactional environment. 

• Excellent command of SQL Server, well-versed in writing direct queries, stored procedures, and using an ORM. 

• Practical knowledge of SOLID principles. 

• Good understanding of performance bottlenecks and optimization. 

• Understanding and experience in writing unit tests 

• Professional knowledge of Git and Git Flow. 

Experience Requirements 

• Experience in a FX/trading brokerage company or a similar environment. 

• Development in Azure / AWS cloud 

• Redis or similar NoSQL database 

• Continuous integration (Azure DevOps or similar) 

• Experience with building Microservices with Docker and Kubernetes.
