Sales Account Manager in our office in Dubai.  

Responsibilities 

  • New Business Tenders: 

  • Collaborate with project managers on crafting proposals for new business tenders. 

  • Ensure payment solutions align with client requirements. 

  • Sales Meetings and Documentation: 

  • Attend sales meetings to showcase EquitiPay's capabilities. 

  • Take minutes, follow up on action items, and write MOUs and business cases. 

  • SOW Sessions with Clients: 

  • Attend Statements of Work (SOW) sessions with new clients. 

  • Ensure technical and business requirements align for successful project execution. 

  • Stay Updated: 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in payment solutions. 

  • Attend relevant conferences and training sessions. 

  • Full-time on-site Sales Account Manager role located in Dubai.  

  • Manage client accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  

  • Generate leads, maintain communication with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue and growth opportunities. 

 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills. 

  • Lead Generation and Communication skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 

  • Proven sales success and ability to build long-lasting client relationships. 

  • Experience in the finance or technology industry is a plus.  

Experience Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.    

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Sales. 

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Payment. 

  • Level of proficiency in English : Professional.  

  • Preferred requirement: 2+ years of professional experience in Software Development. 

  • Excellent  management and attention to details.
