Sales Account Manager in our office in Dubai.
Responsibilities
New Business Tenders:
Collaborate with project managers on crafting proposals for new business tenders.
Ensure payment solutions align with client requirements.
Sales Meetings and Documentation:
Attend sales meetings to showcase EquitiPay's capabilities.
Take minutes, follow up on action items, and write MOUs and business cases.
SOW Sessions with Clients:
Attend Statements of Work (SOW) sessions with new clients.
Ensure technical and business requirements align for successful project execution.
Stay Updated:
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in payment solutions.
Attend relevant conferences and training sessions.
Full-time on-site Sales Account Manager role located in Dubai.
Manage client accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Generate leads, maintain communication with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue and growth opportunities.
Skills & Competencies
Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills.
Lead Generation and Communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proven sales success and ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
Experience in the finance or technology industry is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in Sales.
2+ years of professional experience in Payment.
Level of proficiency in English : Professional.
Preferred requirement: 2+ years of professional experience in Software Development.
Excellent management and attention to details.
