Role Overview:

As a Communications Expert, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our message to the public. Your expertise in writing, editing, and strategic communications will enable us to effectively engage with our clients, prospects, partners, and the media. We are looking for someone who communicates complex information clearly and concisely while using language in a way that moves and inspires. 

The Opportunities:

• Play a pivotal role in the development and execution of 360° communication strategies, aligning closely with Nexo's vision and products, to increase our share of voice.
• Spearhead ideation and creative initiatives to innovate communication approaches, transforming ideas into results.
• Craft engaging content, from press releases to speeches, that elevates the Nexo brand and forges strong partnerships.
• Refine communication materials to ensure clarity, precision, and resonance with our millions-strong audience.
• Drive media relationships, pitching stories and cultivating ties with key journalists and influencers in finance and tech.
• Analyze and optimize PR campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to maintain a unified brand message across all channels.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to seize opportunities proactively.

Skills to HODL (Hold On for Dear Life):

• A degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• A wordsmith with at least five years of experience in a communications, journalism, content, advertizing, or similar role, preferably within the financial or technology sectors.
• A professional with strong judgment and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media and industry stakeholders.
• Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the financial and technology spheres is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of productivity, project management, and analytics platforms is a plus.
