Job Description

 We at Equiti Securities Currencies Brokers LLC continue to expand our Retail Sales desk, we are looking to hire an experienced FX market sales professional with established relationships. As a Senior Account Manager on the FX desk, you will spend your time on the phone talking with prospective clients as well as conducting face-to-face meetings. Reporting to the Sales Manager at Equiti, you will be working in a team and will make a tangible impact everyday by growing Equiti Securities’ portfolio of clients.

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Developing and building new relationships through various channels with new clients
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Using own industry sources and various external channels to build strong relationships with retail and institutional partners
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Handling client’s inquiries/requests on market and trading relating matters
  • Assisting in planning and executing client events as required
  • Provide training to potential clients and existing clients on financial assets and trading platforms
  • Collaborating with key internal departments, particularly marketing, operations, compliance.

Education and Expereince:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or similar (desirable)
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Ideal candidate must have CISI certificate (Wealth Management or Introduction to Securities and Investments) 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, as a Senior Account manager and/or dealing with high-net-worth clients in the FX Industry 
  • Strong product knowledge.ie. (FX, Equities, CFDs, Cryptocurrency etc.)
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Understanding of financial markets, financial investments, and detailed understanding of various trading strategies
  • Able to communicate with and develop relationships with HNW clients
  • Experience with Meta Trader 4, Meta Trader 5 and CRM systems
  • Excellent relationship building, customer service and influencing skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that allow you to negotiate, resolve conflict and overcome challenges
  • A logical and analytical approach
  • Ability to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly and an interest in and ability to coach others
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of financial products and services
  • Ability to travel when required
