About the Role

 Lead the team  

  • Lead the Digital Sales and Relationship Manager 

  • Work closely with the local marketing team and the digital engagement team to ensure close collaboration between sales and marketing 

  • Conduct active management of sales pipelines, initiatives and reporting, including regular individual and team reviews 

  • Understand employee profiles and capabilities and allocate responsibilities appropriately 

  • Conduct active leadership using internal tools to review, feedback and coach performance 

  • Inspire confidence & commitment in your team and ensure clarity, focus and accountability 

  • Execute performance Improvement and complexity reduction initiatives & best practices 

 

 Drive the business 

  • Ensure alignment and execution of global sales priorities in line with strategy 

  • Define and implement quarterly sales plan for direct business, targeting to exceed the sales target 

  • Run a compliant and prudent business in line with global and local regulatory requirements 

  • Drive digital transformation along the value chain to achieve efficiency and cost-effectiveness 

  • Significantly grow trader & investor base through a high performing sales organization 

  • Significantly grow both new trading clients (NTC) base and significantly grow revenue generated and AUM from the existing client base  

  • Role model in product, platform knowledge, global process and client ethics 

  • Analyze revenue development and sales activity, capture opportunities & execute remedial measures 

  • Set Key and Supporting KPIs and actively track performance against budget to maximize total revenues and profitability 

  • Drive direct sales related initiatives and changes by working with global and local key stakeholders 

  • Improve client satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) 

 

Competence Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree or above  

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial service industry, with at least 5-8 years in retail business  

  • Must have experience running and lead Sales teams in digital businesses 

  • At least 3 years team management experience, with mature leadership mindset and capability 

  • Possess excellent communication skills. 

  • Good understanding in Capital Markets products across Equities, Futures, Options, FX etc 

  • Digital, online marketing experience is a plus 

  • Self-starter with exceptional presentation skills and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to take ownership solving problems and manage large sales projects

  • Confident, professional and good at communications in cross-culture environment
