Solutions Sales Engineer - Latam

Qredo is looking to recruit a Solutions Sales Engineer to join this well-funded start-up to help demonstrate Qredo’s crypto asset custody and tracking solution to our prospects and to assist with post-sales support. Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with Qredo’s product, engineering, support, sales and marketing teams, the successful candidates’ responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating Qredo’s web application and accompanying mobile application
• Demonstrating Qredo’s RESTful & websocket APIs
• Building customized demonstrations to meet initial understanding of our customers’ requirements (crypto exchanges, prime brokers, traders, custodians, OMS/EMS/PMS vendors etc.)
• Explaining and promoting the capabilities and value of the Qredo solution via prebuilt presentations
• Performing high-level initial analysis of customers’ requirements
• Handover of accounts to Qredo’s Solution Architects
• Become a subject matter expert on Qredo’s product set capabilities and usage
• Assist with post-sales support for all products and escalate to Qredo support where necessary

Requirements

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or similar
• Proficient in Portuguese, Spanish and English will be considered as an asset
• 3 years minimum experience in a sales engineering, support engineering or equivalent role
• 1 years minimum working with cryptocurrency/blockchain technologies preferred
• Knowledge of crypto asset or traditional trading
• Working knowledge of crypto asset technologies such as blockchains, wallets, smart contracts & signature algorithms
• Working knowledge of related technologies including cloud computing, messaging protocols & mobile application development

Skills:

• Self-starting and proactive – particularly within the currently enforced working from home constraints
• Strong interpersonal skills to help build lasting customer relationships
• Excellent written and verbal language skills
• Strong technical skills and hands-on approach to web and mobile applications
• Some programming knowledge preferred – particularly Golang, Python, Java, .NET & JavaScript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and websocket interfaces
• Flexible attitude to additional responsibilities and ability to respond quickly in our fast-moving environment
