Job Purpose:

As a product design analyst, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process: talking to the business team to understand client needs, working with the design team todefine the scope of a given project, collaborating side-by-side with engineers to refine and implement the design, then handing off the finished product to the operations team and helping educate the company as whole about a given feature.

 

Duties:

  • Work collaboratively on a project team to support the overall design effort
  • Work with QA, Development, Business and Operations to deliver on feature requests
  • Balance multiple projects concurrently with a high degree of organization and execution
  • Ability to actively contribute to product design and feature selection discussions
  • Give and seek critical feedback on your designs from your fellow coworkers
  • Is responsible, along with all other management and staff, for creating a work environment conducive to exceptional productivity and high employee morale.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong Windows OS / Office / Tools experience
  • An understanding of Software Development Lifecycles and Methodology
  • Proficiency with professional bug tracking tools (Jira / FogBugz / Bugzilla / TTP)
  • Knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases.

 

Pluses:

  • Software Development Experience
  • Experience with financial industry, and fintech software
