Job Purpose:

oneZero is seeking an experienced results-oriented relationship manager with high energy levels to join our Institutional Sales team. 


The Relationship Manager is responsible for increasing client satisfaction, adoption and retention.  From the point of sale, to go-live and beyond, the RM acts as a liaison for assigned clients, guiding them through the onboarding process,  ensuring they are utilizing our product suite to best serve their business, and introducing them to new products and services.  The RM is responsible for running the onboarding process for both Institutional Clients and Liquidity providers for the initial onboarding project to oneZero, and subsequent go-live of new services which includes managing the process internally as well as meeting client expectations. They will be working closely with our client’s eFX trading & sales desks as well as liaising with oneZero operations and product teams.

 

Candidates will have previous experience in managing relationships for consumers of established eFX trading services to the Foreign Exchange Financial community where they developed strong FX market knowledge, good interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and the ability to deal with high-stress situations in a dynamic environment.  They will be a proven self-starter, be able to manage user relationships, provide a high level of customer service and have a good level of technical product knowledge.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive the  continued value of our products and services we deliver to them by increasing product and feature adoption, ensuring retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish critical goals or other key performance indicators with clients and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Work with product and teams to understand capabilities of oneZero’s Hub in order to be capable of explaining them to clients, and operations to fulfill them while achieving a cohesive and consistent client experience across the company while advocating customer needs/issues cross-departmentally. 
  • Manage relationships with & training the customer’s eFX trading & sales functions oneZero systems and ensuring customer adoption & satisfaction
  • Proactively manage schedule to ensure that all customers within the RM’s territory are interacted with regularly
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process from the point of sale to the go-live date by collecting and organizing deployment prerequisites from clients and delivering them to the Operations team for implementation.
  • Identify additional opportunities for increasing product usage from existing customer base
  • Identify new product or functionality enhancements to address the client’s needs and engage with clients on requirements such as  on timeline, featureset, etc
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities through the adoption of new features and other products available in oneZero’s product suite.

  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally. 
  • Improving client user experience and adoption rate by identifying and creating product enhancements and/or feature request
  • Act as an escalation point for relationship and expectation management for assigned clients.
  • Establish and maintain direct relationship with the major institutional FX execution and clearing venues (PBs, Banks, Non-Banks).
  • When required, assist Sales and Marketing in the planning, management and execution of client-facing engagements and activities (events, conferences, on-site visits, etc.)
  • Is responsible, along with all other management and staff, for creating a work environment conducive to exceptional productivity and high employee morale.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3 or more years of proven experience in a relationship management or client services environment with a background in Foreign Exchange.
  • Experience working with an e-trading platform in FX or other financial markets software product via either a vendor, exchange, or market maker have experience in promoting established eFX trading services to the Foreign Exchange Financial community. 
  • The candidate must be a highly professional, self-motivated and organized individual with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenues
  • Key areas of competence are: Relationship Management, E-trading, Aggregation, Price Distribution and APIs.t
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
