Job description:

• Deliver strategic, proactive and reactive social content to ensure effective engagement of audiences
• Manage and maintain multiple social media channels, the day-to-day running including answering questions, replying to messages and seeking out opportunities to engage with our client base and potential client bases.
• Coordinate the development, scheduling and deploying of global email campaigns
• Assist in the creation and daily management of website content
• Coordinate the content creation on our local social media channels
• Regularly analyze the impact of our content and make tactical and strategic adjustments

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the Forex/CFDs industry is a must
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with our in-house and remote teams. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently as well as prioritize and multi-task efficiently
• Strong writing and content management skills in English, across all media channels
• Experience managing communication/editorial calendars
• Ability to take ownership and drive activities to completion
• HTML/CSS Skills
• Knowledge and experience of reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an advantage
• Experience with email marketing platforms and project management software is an advantage
