Job description:
- Deliver strategic, proactive and reactive social content to ensure effective engagement of audiences
- Manage and maintain multiple social media channels, the day-to-day running including answering questions, replying to messages and seeking out opportunities to engage with our client base and potential client bases.
- Coordinate the development, scheduling and deploying of global email campaigns
- Assist in the creation and daily management of website content
- Coordinate the content creation on our local social media channels
- Regularly analyze the impact of our content and make tactical and strategic adjustments
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the Forex/CFDs industry is a must
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with our in-house and remote teams. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently as well as prioritize and multi-task efficiently
- Strong writing and content management skills in English, across all media channels
- Experience managing communication/editorial calendars
- Ability to take ownership and drive activities to completion
- HTML/CSS Skills
- Knowledge and experience of reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an advantage
- Experience with email marketing platforms and project management software is an advantage
