Annual leave -

27 days annual leave a year in addition to bank holiday entitlement. After each year of employment you will be entitled to 1 additional days annual leave each year until you reach a total of 30 days annual leave at which it will be capped. You additional day of annual leave will be added to your allowance following on from your year anniversary.

BUPA Private Medical Insurance 

You will be entitled to BUPA private medical care. Copper covers the cost of individual coverage for the employee only, employees are responsible for the tax portion only. If the employee wishes to add a family member to their plan they can do so at Copper’s corporate rate and can enquire the cost via BUPA directly. The cost of the cover will be dependent on the individual.

Home working energy support scheme -

In recognition that energy prices in the UK (and around the world) will see a steep and sudden jump this year, Copper will provide all staff with a new monthly Homeworking Energy Support Scheme.

A discretionary performance-based bonus -

A discretionary bonus is a form of variable pay; the amount, requirements, timing and announcement of the bonus should not be disclosed in advance, as this may appear to be a motivator or incentive implying that meeting certain levels would guarantee a bonus or reward.

Company growth share scheme - 

'Growth shares' are a special class of shares that allows employees to participate in the value of a company over and above a valuation hurdle. Following on from completion of your probation you will be offered an initial grant which is discretionary and subject to change.

Cycle to work scheme 

Copper offer the cycle to work scheme, which is designed to help you save money on a new work bike and spread the cost of the bike over monthly tax-free instalments.
