Job Description

JOB TITLE: Marketing Administrator

JOB TYPE: Full Time or Part Time


REPORTING TO: Global Head of Marketing


1. Support the marketing team and the Head of Global Marketing.

2. Liaise with Product team for marketing related activities and projects.

3. Ensure all marketing projects are delivered to brief and on time by the product team.

4. Set up and manage marketing promotions and incentives on the CMS.

5. Communicate the system capabilities and limitations to the marketing team.

6. Manage and keep up-to-date the marketing plan and various log sheets.

7. Manage and update the marketing campaign log.

8. Research as and when required by the marketing team, for new suppliers, platforms and practices.

9. Report adequately the findings and help support and facilitate the implementation.

10. Manage and keep up-to-date the digital and physical compliance marketing register.

11. Build an image library for the marketing team in London and Global offices.

12. Co-ordinate between global teams, chase on pending tasks, and support global reporting.

13. Search and feed the marketing team with images for developing ad creatives.

14. Collate marketing team feedback and requirements on CMS and CRM.

15. Feedback to product team in China and facilitate the changes.

16. Lead the CRM and CMS translation and training.

17. The go-to person within the marketing department for resources and information.


1. Graduate with previous experience in a similar marketing role.

2. Able to read, write, and converse in Chinese to fluent/native/mother tongue levels.

3. Attention to detail.

4. Well organized and self-motivated.

5. Ability to work effectively and flexibly under pressure and to tight deadlines.
