REPORTING TO: Global Head of Marketing

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work closely with marketing team and tech team to ensure prompt delivery of work and drive performance in line with ROI targets.

2. Support the company’s long-term initiatives (reporting, optimisation of LTV, CAC, etc) in tandem with sales teams to ensure projects are delivering added value to TigerWit’s customer acquisition activities and brand images.

3. Execute SEO strategy, in addition to monitoring results and reporting.

4. Own the performance and reporting of the Organic Search channel globally.

5. Conduct in-depth and regular audits of sites and competitor performance analysis using third party tools.

6. Work closely with the Product team to develop our SEO presence, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered in line with SEO best practice.

7. Provide competitive analysis of top-ranking competitor sites and provide actionable insight.

8. Identify major keywords and increase the ranking of those keywords.

9. Increase the organic and referral traffic to the website as well as our application.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, preferably in marketing or finance.

2. A good understanding of the online marketing and e-commerce environment.

3. Able to read, write, and converse in Chinese to fluent/native/mother tongue levels strongly preferred.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

1. Strong analytical skills and good practice of third-party tracking tools.

2. Good verbal and written communication skills

3. A team worker but also self-motivated and can work independently.

4. Experience in the FX/brokerage industry would be beneficial but not essential for the right candidate.

5. The ability to lead and project manage ad-hoc tasks for the marketing team and wider global business.
