The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention. From the point of sale, to go-live and beyond, the CSM acts as a liaison for assigned clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring they are utilizing our product suite to best serve their business. The CSM is responsible in coordination with the Operations and Sales teams, for improving the onboarding process, specifically in the areas of client communications and expectation management.
Assist and guide clients through the onboarding process from the point of sale to the go-live date.
Collect and organize deployment prerequisites from clients and deliver to the Operations team for implementation.
Maintain overall relationship with assigned clients, increase product and feature adoption, ensure retention, and generating satisfaction.
Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
Work with clients to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities through the adoption of new features and other products available in oneZero’s product suite.
