Job Purpose:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.  From the point of sale, to go-live and beyond, the CSM acts as a liaison for assigned clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring they are utilizing our product suite to best serve their business. The CSM is responsible in coordination with the Operations and Sales teams, for improving the onboarding process, specifically in the areas of client communications and expectation management.



  • Assist and guide clients through the onboarding process from the point of sale to the go-live date.
  • Collect and organize deployment prerequisites from clients and deliver to the Operations team for implementation.
  • Maintain overall relationship with assigned clients, increase product and feature adoption, ensure retention, and generating satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities through the adoption of new features and other products available in oneZero’s product suite.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Improving client user experience and adoption rate by identifying and creating product enhancements and/or feature requests.
  • Act as an escalation point for relationship and expectation management for assigned clients.
  • Is responsible, along with all other management and staff, for creating a work environment conducive to exceptional productivity and high employee morale.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience working in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized in your workflows. You understand what it means to own a customer portfolio and to prioritize efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • You embrace teamwork and collaboration- you’ll be working with multiple teams and departments (Sales, Marketing, Development, Support, Product, QA etc).
  • You are adaptive. Love the challenge of a fast-moving environment where you are constantly improving yourself, your team, and your processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to a diverse audience both internally and externally.
  • Confident in delivering training and demonstrations.


Additional Skills will be considered an advantage:

  • MT4/5 knowledge
  • Knowledge of financial markets (forex, DMA, equities, CFDs, NDF’s)
  • Previous experience or understanding in FinTech, FX, CFD, or equities trading company
