A member of the specialized client-facing department focussed on new account acquisition, uplift of existing mass retail accounts as well as retention of high value clients through a value-driven relationship-based approach. As a key front-line function within the company's growth strategy, Client Relationship Manager supports mass-retail customers by achieving desired outcomes from interactions across three main stages of the customer’s life cycle; acquisition, reactivation and onboard new high value clients to Company, providing support and guidance at the start of the client user journey.
