This ServiceNow Product Ownership role is a core element of a broader People Transformation team which will define and build the People Operations service proposition for LSEG, enabling the centralisation and consolidation of LSEG’s HR operations. This role will: Apply understanding of complex global people issues, latest HR trends in the context of ServiceNow HRSM to design simplified, consolidated, standardised and automated global processes and services. Drive a focus on customer-centricity, process efficiency and continuous improvement through the design and enhancement of future HR services. M anage an external partner and drive their delivery, as well as interact with strategic sponsors, senior stakeholders and the wider HR function to drive adoption of our transformed services.
